Every piece is made to order, just for you. Here's how it reaches you. Last updated July 2026.
How your order is made
Because every item is personalised, we don't pick it off a shelf — we make it. Once you've approved your free digital preview, production takes 2–4 working days with our UK print partners, and your order ships direct to your door.
Delivery options & costs
- Tracked UK delivery (2–3 working days after production) — £3.95, or free on orders over £50.
- Careful, gift-ready packaging — prints ship in rigid tubes or board-backed envelopes; canvases in protective corner packaging.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow it all the way to your door. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, get in touch at hello@starsallure.co.uk and we'll chase it up straight away.
Ordering for a special date?
Allow around a week end-to-end — preview, production and delivery. Cutting it fine for an anniversary or birthday? Contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the UK. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take an extra 1–2 working days. For international delivery, please contact us at hello@starsallure.co.uk before ordering.
