Made just for you — and made right. Here's how returns work for personalised items. Last updated July 2026.

Personalised items

Because each piece is made to order to your personal details — your date, your place, your names — personalised items are exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That's exactly why we send you a free digital preview to approve before anything is printed: please check names, dates and spellings carefully at that stage.

Our replacement promise

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll replace it free of charge — no quibbles. Email us at hello@starsallure.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right straight away. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Spotted a mistake after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started we'll happily update your details, and even after that we'll always do our best to help.

Non-personalised items

Any non-personalised items can be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us at hello@starsallure.co.uk and we'll send simple return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
